i am trying to find out how all these people are going to these police,repo,salvage,towing etc.. auctions or idk what they are doing. but they are getting big batches of quads,atvs,motorcycles etc…. what would be my first step to find out about this? i try to google it but all i see are these sites that claim to tell you but you end up paying for nothing….. can anyone tell me the secret?lol
