statue of limitations on tractor /trailer repo colections?

tractor repoed no jugement not taken to court. collection agency only. how long can they try to collect after sold at auction for balance.

You mean a deficiency judgment. What state?

Statutes of limitation are commonly six years on contracts. But they can vary.
