Bank is not pursuing me in any fashion / there is no contact or billing / there was no reaffirmation signed. will they come after vehicle as an auction will only fetch about 2500 not to mention repo costs. What do you think?

Yes, the will take it. The threshold most banks and finance companies put on a car is $1000 to be repossessed. I would figure the car wil disappear shortly. I would call them and make a deal with them for a payment you can afford. You can actually get in trouble with the bankruptcy court for not arranging the vehicle’s surrender. By not surrendering it, the bank can claim you still owe the money.
I would even consider asking your bankruptcy lawyer about what to do so you stay out of any trouble.
