I am trying to find FREE listings for bank repo homes that are up for auction. I am most interested in Dublin/Pleasanton CA. Can anyone refer me to someone to help me or a web site to go to?

Bank auction the house, what happen to the 2nd and 3rd loan?

I like to buy a house from an bank repo house. The first loan bank will auction the house, but the house still has 2nd loan and 3rd loan. More complicated is that the 3rd loan was not borrowed at the same time as the first and 2nd loan but later. All three loan belong to three different banks. Now if I win the auction, then what happen to the 2nd and 3rd loan? Are they wipe out? Especially for the 3rd loan, which was not borrowed at the same time.
Also, the owner also own some property tax, what happen to these.

In Nov2007 my vehicle was repossessed. Since then I bought a new one car with a cosigner and am rebuilding my credit but the $6000 balance after the vehicle was auctioned off is still there. Do i have to wait 7years for it the repo to disappear or can I just pay the money now and qualify for a house now?

My fiance and I’s house foreclosed back in April. It went up for auction that month, but of course, it didn’t sell. I know that now it is considered a Bank Repo. I know this because a friend of ours does foreclosure clean up for a the local banks and he just got done cleaning out our home last weekend so the Bank can attempt to sell it. So my question is, what will the bank we sending me that goes with my 2008 taxes when I file next year and when? Will we get something before we have to file for our 2008 taxes or does it get put on hold until the house sells? We are fully aware of all the tax specifics and have no questions about that, but I’m not sure what they are suppose to actually send us. Is it a 1099 or something like that? Should I be contacting the bank? They have our forwarding address, but we haven’t gotten anything since the notice that it went up for auction.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks so much!

When cars,boats,jet skis,etc get repo’ed,where can you go to buy them.Are they always auctioned off or can you purchase them from the finance company directly
